We chose to use Claudia as our realtor based on the extremely favorable feedback and recommendations we had been given by others who had worked with her. She came to us extremely well prepared with lots of information and graphs and was very knowledgeable about our area and current housing trends. She provided excellent advice on things we should change or fix as well as what we did not need to spend lots of money on. Claudia was very accessible and available to discuss things at any time. She even helped out in getting our place ready to show and to be ready for the new buyers. She did far more than any real estate agents I have worked with in the past when selling other homes. When we put our house up on the market there were many other homes in our area that were for sale and dropping their prices and most of those took several months to sell. She sold ours in TWO DAYS!! I most strongly recommend her and would definitely use her again if we were able to.

We were referred to Claudia by some close friends. We moved back to Cali from Texas. Giving up our Texas home and coming back to the Cali market was very difficult. Claudia absolutely nailed it. She never stopped grinding for us. We had a lot of ups and downs mostly due to our house in Texas selling. Claudia never once said I can’t help you, or maybe you need to find someone else. The challenges we faced for about 4 months were very stressful. I would highly recommend Claudia. If you are looking for a hard working professional who will help you find a home. Look no further.
