Dave was an amazing agent. He was always there to walk me through each step in the process and give me as many updates as he could through it all. There were some set backs in the process but he always had a positive approach towards the solution. He never got annoyed with how much I was asking for updates. Honestly he even took less from the sale just so I could close on the house! Dave is amazing and if you want someone who is very knowledgeable and kind and will do anything he can to get you to closing Dave is the agent for you for sure! He knew everything about the market to what we should offer to what repairs to ask for. Overall if I was to sell or buy another home I would definitely be reaching out to Dave. I have already given his information out to my friends and family and will continue to do so that's just how amazing he really is. Dave thank you for everything you were amazing!

Dave is an excellent person and a very experienced in all aspects of real estate deals. He is very organized with lightening fast responses. Even while he was overseas on a three-week vacation with his family, he managed the final inspections and closing for the sale of my Meridian, Idaho rental property. He was with me every step of the way offering expert advice and supported me through the tough decisions. He is honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Dave was awesome! He showed an expert knowledge of the market to help us price our home to sell quickly but for an amount we were happy with. He helped us through two different rounds of buyers backing out unexpectedly before finally getting a committed buyer.When one unreasonable buyer under contract insisted on getting a structural engineer's opinion without paying for it, Dave brokered a deal with the buying realtor for the two of them to pay the engineer to move the deal forward.We were moving out of state while selling this house, and Dave took care of scheduling people to come in and address items from the inspection. He also arranged for us to sign closing documents early in person so we didn't have to deal with a mobile notary.I can't recommend Dave enough. This was my first time selling a house and he made it a great experience despite some bumps in the road that were out of our control. He offered expert guidance without ever being pushy and he was super fast to get back to us on all communication.
