Jimmy and Celia helped me every step of the way in the sometimes nerve wracking and complicated business of selling my home. They are experts in their field and handled everything with ease. They got me an offer fast at almost 100K more that I was expecting. They walked me through the process, recommending a tax professional, real estate attorney, appraisers and other local specialists. Jimmy even gave me the number of his personal Handyman. Celia listened to my fears and concerns and helped to reassure me leading up to the closing. They were always readily available to answer all of my questions and help me complete the steps that I needed to do in order to close the deal. They advocated for me and made things happen for me.
