I would recommend her to anyone who is a first-time buyer. We were both very nervous about the process, but she helped us get through it. Nancy treated us as though we were her family and we greatly appreciate the hard work she put in to find us our home. I've already recommended her to friends who have expressed interest in house hunting. I really can't say enough good things about our experiences with her.

She has gone above and beyond for our family multiple times. When we first moved to Michigan the inventory for real estate was very low and finding a house that fit our budget was extremely tough, but once we called Nancy, she was able to find us a home that fit our budget and had a great location. Fast forward 8 months later, we had to call on Nancy again to work her magic. However, this time it was to sell our house that we hadn’t even owned for a year yet. Not only was she able to sell our home in a short period of time (2 weeks), but we ended up making a little money. Nancy is a fantastic agent! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She truly cares about her clients and always puts their best interests first.

Nancy made sure we had a solid backup offer ready and negotiated hard to get us the place. She was so patient with all my demands and crazy schedule, plus she really knows the neighborhood and market inside and out.
