Let me tell you about Pamella Haynes, she is confident, stupendously creative, efficient & resourceful. Our home had been on the market for a year before Pamella took over. She had a contract on our home in less than a month, creatively collaborating with the buyers real estate agent, helping market their home to local schools, industries, & employers in the geographic area. Amazing!! She created a video to highlight all the wonderful aspects of our home & the geographic proximity to so many wonderful places, highlighting our mountains, parks, dining & amenities available with just a short drive!! Pamella very professional and so nice! We were referred to Pamella by another Disney Agent of Excellence from out of state, so we knew we would get great service. We wanted a new build and Pamella had good experiences with our builder, Healy Built Homes. Knowing we could trust our builder was a huge relief when we were out of state. Pamella answered all our questions about the area and schools. She was knowledgable about the construction process and FaceTimed the progress as the house was built. She even gave great advice for design choices! We are so happy with our home!

Realtor Sarah Corrigan is a dream -- quick, smart, interested in learning what you want, and then energetic in finding it for you. Once I replied to one of Sarah's morning MLS updates to express interest in a new listing. She replied, "I thought you might be interested - I went ahead and scheduled us for 3pm today." How often does it happen that a realtor pre-emptively schedules a viewing for you?? Totally above and beyond, and she was spot on with our taste so we didn't waste our time looking at homes that wouldn't make the cut. When it came to the sale and purchase, she flawlessly handled all of the logistics behind the scenes, making a typically stressful process easy and seamless. Strongly recommend this team. We will definitely buy and sell with Realty One Group Anthem again.

We had to put in a lot of effort to find the right place but she never rushed me or pushed me to spend more. She was definitely responsible for me getting the home I was most excited about!

I listed my home with them in West Knoxville. Their marketing plan and photos of my home were superb in every aspect. Our first open house was conducted in a down pour and there were over 70 buyers in attendance. We had multiple offers and sold my home for full asking price in FOUR days! If you want to sell your home quickly, deal with pros who do not add any drama to the sales process run, don't walk, to these two pros.
