When looking for a realtor we asked local family for a recommendation. We choose Steve because of his previous experience with our extended family and his knowledge of this area. The most valuable part of his service was his willingness to do video home tours. Also, his flexibility in dealing with our move from another state. Our best advice would be to utilize your realtor, ask questions, and do some of you own research.

We had been thinking about how many realtors we could have chosen in Ankeny, but knowing one that is genuinely honest was important. Steve was clear and direct. He knew a lot and answered every question and concern. If you are looking for a realtor, you need these qualities as you will need them throughout every step of this process the same way Steve did for us.

He was great helping find a home and walking me through the home buying process. Any questions I had, he would answer directly and promptly.

He goes above and beyond to make sure that the process goes as smoothy as possible. Steve was always accessible, listened to us, and did his research. We went to see one house with him. It was perfect and everything that we could asked for. When listing our house he got professional photos taken and even used a drone. Steve took the extra step of bringing a videographer and making a really cool marketing video. It obviously worked with our house being under contract with multiple offers within 4 days! Steve is the best! 10 out of 10!

No job too big or small. We have used him twice and both times he fought for us to make sure we were happy with the purchase as well as the sale. He didn’t let us settle for anything less than we asked for and that meant the world to us. If you want a realtor who can meet your needs while making sure you are comfortable through the entire process this is your guy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Steve was also there when we had questions and did a great job helping us navigate through the buying process.

His creative savvy with both the video and marketing made all the difference. He was our advocate and stayed very engaged throughout our purchase process as well. He kept us up to date with the building process, stayed in touch with the property manager, and sent us updates along the way. If we ever move again, Steve’s our guy!!
