She did a fantastic job! She constantly updated us on all the information that we needed. She's a very very wonderful and pleasant person who answered all of our questions and kept us updated at every phase of the transaction. It was a great home-selling experience that made us feel very comfortable and reassuring having Trish represent us.

We decided to stay where we are but Trish has continued to be a friend. We connect back and forth from time to time and she answers my questions about the housing market. She is very knowledgeable and always knows other good people to call if we need assistance. We know who we will call when the time is right for us to sell.

Trish stepped in and helped us, the first day we went see houses with her we saw about 8 and all of them other than one we weren't sure about in the first place had lots of potential. But the most amazing thing is that, that same day we found our home!. It wasn't an easy road it was a foreclosure and it had other offers on the table, but she did her very best and got us out home! Then she kindly explained-when things go askew with real estate, it is one of the toughest things in life to go through. She walked me through downloading the "dot loop" app I needed, as most of the documents were able to be signed electronically with ease through that app. PLUS we managed to get 20k more than my asking price.
