This former family home had never been on the market since its construction in the late 60's. Tim was very patient with us selling the home. Tim was very dialed into the ebbs and flows of the current market and almost had a 6th sense about who would be the type of most likely buyers. The group leased one of the units in this duplex while the property was listed as well. The property was beautifully staged and extensively marketed. Finally, closing the transaction was smooth as silk. I would choose Tim and his group again in a heartbeat if the need should ever arise again.

Fast forward, after listing in the heat of the 'tariff' announcements, and we sold the house in 120 days, closed in 60 days, and set a record price for non-ocean-front on Crescent Bay Drive.
