When I told him the type of neighborhood I wanted to live in and the type of home I was looking for, he went to work quickly finding out everything about the area and communities. He was already quite knowledgeable but found interesting things that fit perfectly to my desired location and home. He patiently walked me through every aspect of purchasing the home, explaining the steps we would be going through and answering any questions, visiting various properties, putting me in touch with the perfect finance team to create the optimal portfolio, scheduling inspections, negotiating costs and closing on my home. I highly recommend Clinton to help you find the home you have been search for.

We actually lost the first house we wanted, but Clint kept things moving and eventually got us into that same house after the other buyer fell through.
