He was already quite knowledgeable but found interesting things that fit perfectly to my desired location and home. He patiently walked me through every aspect of purchasing the home, explaining the steps we would be going through and answering any questions, visiting various properties, putting me in touch with the perfect finance team to create the optimal portfolio, scheduling inspections, negotiating costs and closing on my home.
