Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with! Being that we needed to do some virtual walk-thrus before committing - he was very knowledgeable when it came to possible red flags that may come up in an inspection. My husband it quite handy/particular when it comes to how homes are built and it seemed like they were in sync with what needed to be brought up to an inspector. We will 100% use Dan in the future and refer him to all our friends!

As a first time home buyer Dan walked me through the whole process answering any questions that arose, the whole experience was simple and hassle free. He is a great realtor to work with he's hard working, very dependable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around.
