Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with! Being that we needed to do some virtual walk-thrus before committing - he was very knowledgeable when it came to possible red flags that may come up in an inspection. My husband it quite handy/particular when it comes to how homes are built and it seemed like they were in sync with what needed to be brought up to an inspector. We will 100% use Dan in the future and refer him to all our friends!
