Nik did not help me obtain my dream house. What Nik did was keep me focused, informed and involved during a very difficult time. Enduring a separation, I had very specific requirements and timeframes that I needed to work with, not to mention during one of the worst markets locally (2023) for a home buyer (short supply, high-competitive prices). Nik’s commitment to the process was appreciated, along with his knowledge and insight. The result is an outcome that would be very hard to beat at this time, I cannot thank Nik enough. I look forward to working with Nik again for getting closer to the dream house in the future.
