He was flexible with times to show homes and always had advice ready when we needed it! So happy he helped us through every step to get our first home!

What Nik did was keep me focused, informed and involved during a very difficult time. Enduring a separation, I had very specific requirements and timeframes that I needed to work with, not to mention during one of the worst markets locally (2023) for a home buyer (short supply, high-competitive prices). Nik’s commitment to the process was appreciated, along with his knowledge and insight. The result is an outcome that would be very hard to beat at this time, I cannot thank Nik enough. I look forward to working with Nik again for getting closer to the dream house in the future.
